CHARACTERISTICS
- Base: EVA
- Colour: neutral
- Form: granular
- Viscosity: 100.000+/- 15.000 mPa.s (Brookfield spdl 27 1.5 rpm at 200°C)
- Softening point: 84°C-97°C
- Application: apply on one side with edge gluing machine
- The product does not release harmful vapors or smell during the smelting process
- Packaging: bag 25 kg

Description
Merritherm 220 is an EVA based hotmelt adhesive with medium viscosity, high cohesion and adhesion capacity. Used for automatic edge gluing machines with one or more sides. Specifically for bonding different edge types. Also used for bonding PVC, ABS edges, curved parts of melamine, melamine paper, polyester lace, veneers and solid wood of medium thickness where good heat resistance and speed are important. It is advisable to apply primer on thick PVC, curved parts and ABS edging.
