Merrixine 1070 is a universal one component wood adhesive offering good resistance to water, used for surface gluing of HPL and veneers, in cold and hot presses. Assembly glue where joints of medium strength are required. Gluing of hard and soft wood, can also be used in HF field.

CHARACTERISTICS

- Meets the requirement D3 according to EN 204

- Transparant joint, good heat resistance

- Combined with V 220, EN 204 – D4 is obtained

- Base: PVA

- Viscosity:12000 - 18000 mPa.s at Q.C. (at 20°C) HAACKE 30/4

- pH: ca. 3

- Colour: white, transparent joint

- OPEN TIME 8 to 10 minutes(depends on working conditions such as temperature, air humidity, moisture content of wood, glue spread, the porosity of materials)

- Packaging: bucket 10 kg

- 1 pallet: 36 buckets
