Merrixine 1178 is a universal D3 one component wood adhesive offering good resistance to water, used for surface gluing of PHL and veneers, in cold or hot presses. Assembly glue where joints of medium strenghth are required. Gluing of hard and soft wood, can also be used in HF field. Long open time.

CHARACTERISTICS

- Meets the requirement D3 according to EN 204

- Transparant joint, good heat resistance

- Base: PVA

- Colour: white, transparent joint

- Open time: 18 to 23 minutes (depends on working conditions such as temperature, air humidity, moisture content of wood, glue spread, the porosity of materials)

- Packaging: bucket 25 kg

- 1 pallet: 18 buckets
