Merrixine 2001 is a universal D2 adhesive, used for surface gluing of HPL on wood using a continuous press or using a pile press. Gluing of veneer on wood. Assembly gluing of wood not susceptible to lasting load.

CHARACTERISTICS

- Meets the requirement D2 according to EN 204

- Good heat- and moisture resistance

- Base: PVA

- Viscosity: 7000 - 11000 mPa.s at Q.C. (20°C Brookfield)

- pH ca. 6

- Colour: beige, makes a dim joint

- Open time: 12 to 14 minutes (depends on working conditions such as temperature, air humidity, moisture content of wood, glue spread, the porosity of materials)

- Packaging: bucket 10 kg

- 1 pallet: 36 buckets
