Merrixine 1150 is a universal one component, solvent free wood glue with fast setting, used for mounting, panel and block bonding with medium pressing time. Suitable for gluing HPL on chipboard, MDF, etc. Meets the requirement D2 according to EN 204. Strong and durable tough-elastic glue joint.

CHARACTERISTICS
- Base: PVA
- Colour: white
- Viscosity: 9000 - 15000 mPa.s (23°C, Brookfield 5/20)
- pH: 6.5 - 7.5
- Open time: 9 to 12 min (100 µm film on a glass plate). The open time depends on workshop conditions such as temperature, air humidity, moisture content of wood, glue spread, porosity of the materials, etc...
- Packaging: bucket 10 kg
- 1 pallet: 36 buckets
