CHARACTERISTICS
- Base: EVA
- Colour: natural
- Form: cartridges with diameter 63 +/- 0.5 mm – length 80 +/- 2 mm
- Viscosity : 90.000+/- 10.000 mPa.s (Brookfield spdl 27 1 rpm at 200°C)
- Softening point 86°C-102°C
- Application: apply on one side with edge gluing machine (type: Holzer)
- The product does not release harmful vapors or smell during the smelting process.
- 45 cardrigdes per box (15 kg)

Opis
Merritherm 3006 is an EVA based hotmelt in cartridge form for Holzer machines. High adhesion hotmelt for edge gluing where a transparent joint is required. Specifically for bonding difficult edge types such as PVC, ABS edges and polystyrene with primer. The hotmelt can be mixed with other compatible Merritherm types to increase adhesive properties. The adhesive is formaldehyde-free and free of heavy metals according to RoHs directive.
